• Selected authors will be invited to present their abstract as an oral presentation at KSGE Days 2025, held on September 19–20, 2025.

Young Investigator Award $300

Prize

Eligibility

• Nominees for all awards must be either the presenting author or the first author of an accepted abstract.
• Applicants for this award must be born on or after January 1, 1985.

Process

• Please check the “Young Investigator Award” box on the abstract submission page when applying.
• A copy of the applicant’s passport must be submitted as proof of age.
• All nominees must complete conference registration.

Travel Grant (for Foreign Participant) $500 | 20 Persons

Condition

Only foreign presenters

Eligibility

• Applicants must reside outside of Korea. (Overseas participants currently residing in Korea are not eligible.)
• Applicants must be one of the authors of an accepted abstract and attend the conference in person.
• Applicants must present their passport with an entry stamp when receiving the travel grant.
• Duplicate awards are not permitted.
• Please check the “Travel Grant” box on the abstract submission page when applying.

Academic Grant $200 | All Presenters

Prize

• Overseas: $200 / Korean: 20만원
• Free registration

Condition

• All presenting authors who are not receiving a travel grant
• Korean participants from outside Busan/Yangsan

* Participants from Busan/Yangsan will be provided with free registration only
